1. Services: DeeJay Visuals agrees to provide photography/videography services as outlined in the agreement between DeeJay Visuals and the client.
2. Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure DeeJay Visuals' services, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the shoot starts (48 hours if a studio booking). If payment is not met on time then the booking will be cancelled. Additionally, bookings made within 24 hours incur an additional $50 charge.

3. Booking Conditions: Clients are required to have a confirmed location, time, and date in mind before booking with DeeJay Visuals. All bookings will incur a travel fee (changes depending on location). A grace period of 15 minutes will be granted, but a late fee of $50 will be required if this time is exceeded. Lateness beyond 30 minutes may result in the booking being cancelled or an additional $50 for every 15 minutes late will be required. The client must confirm on the day of the shoot that everything is running on track at least 4 hours before.
4. Booking Adjustments: Clients are able too reschedule once after booking if it's more than 48 hours before the shoot (if rescheduled more than once, a $100 fee is required). If rescheduling within 48 hours, there will be a $100 fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted and will result in the shoot being canceled. Bookings cannot be downgraded after deposit is made - they can only be upgraded.
5. Location: The client is responsible for choosing the location. If there are photography/videography restrictions in place at the venue and no suitable alternative, the shoot will be cancelled with full payment still due.
6. Delivery: DeeJay Visuals will deliver the final edited photographs within 4 days of the shoot. Videos will take up to 14 days (subject to type of booking). An expedited service is available for next-day delivery, with an additional fee of $50 for photos (must be notified at least 1 day before the booking). Editing adjustments to the face or body will require a fee. If the client requests modifications after receiving the final product, edit fees will apply.
7. Copyright: DeeJay Visuals retains the copyright ownership of all photographs taken during the event, granting the client a personal, non-commercial use license. The client grant DeeJay Visuals the right to use images captured during the session for promotional proposes. Client must notify DeeJay Visuals before booking if they don't want their images to be used, as this will incur a fee. The client may not sell or distribute the photographs for commercial purposes without DeeJay Visuals' explicit consent.
8. Liability: DeeJay Visuals is not liable for any injuries or damage that occur during the event. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DeeJay Visuals from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the event. Clients are to be aware that all images/footage from the event will deleted 30 days after the booking.
9. Cancellation: In the event of client cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. If rescheduling is desired, a new payment will be required (with less than 48 hour notice to the original booking) as it constitutes a separate booking. If the client changes the original booking information, there may be a fee or cancellation of the booking without a refund.
